Perancangan UX dan UI aplikasi KulurKilir dengan pendekatan Metode design thinking

Abstract

Abstract: Travel application is a software that aims to provide domestic information efficiently through a user interface that is more accurate for domestic tourists. This happens because the existing information system has not facilitated the information needed by the community. By using a design thinking approach methodological, this research aims to implement UX (user experience) in the UI (user interface) design of the KulurKilir application which can make it easier for the public to browse important information related to travel more efficiently. The research process includes several stages, namely UI/UX design using a design thinking method approach through several initial stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Prototyping has been explained through the stages of understanding a problem, designing solutions, and making prototypes. Through the use of design thinking in the design of the KulurKilir application, it is hoped that users will get a good experience while using the application.

 

Abstrak: Aplikasi travel adalah salah satu perangkat lunak yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi perjalanan domestik secara efisien melalui antarmuka pengguna (user interface) yang lebih akurat bagi wisatawan domestik. Hal ini terjadi karena sistem informasi yang ada belum memfasilitasi informasi keberangkatan yang diperlukan masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan metodologi pendekatan design thinking, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk implementasi UX (user experience) pada perancangan UI (user interface) aplikasi KulurKilir yang dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam menelusuri informasi-informasi penting yang berkaitan dengan travel atau perjalanan dengan lebih efisien. Proses penelitian ini meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu perancangan UI/UX dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode design thinking melalui beberapa tahapan awal yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Pembuatan prototype telah dijelaskan melalui tahapan memahami suatu masalah, merancang solusi, dan dalam pembuatan prototype. Melalui penggunaan design thinking dalam perancangan aplikasi KulurKilir, diharapkan pengguna mendapatkan pengalaman yang baik selama menggunakan aplikasi.
