Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Please prepare your manuscript before submission, using the following guidelines and click this link to download the manuscript template. Your article will be checked for similarity index using Turnitin. The similarity index level of your article is a maximum of 35%.

 The title should be clear and concise. Only the initial letter of the title should be capitalised and not bolded. Author's name and affiliation as written above. The author's name is written clearly without title. Headings are numbered using the Arabic system with a maximum of 3 levels of sub-headings.

Abstract [Times New Roman 10]
Abstract is written in two languages, English and Indonesian, with a maximum of 150 words in English and 150 words in Indonesian. Abstract is written in Times New Roman 10, 1 space, 1 paragraph, italicised for abstract (English) and straight print (Indonesian) and in one column format.

Keywords are written in 3-5 words that should be a subset of the paper title, written in lowercase except for abbreviations, and separated by comma punctuation between words.
Example: Keywords: Information Systems, Computing Technology, Data Mining, [maximum 5 keywords].

Manuscript Structure
The article should contain content that contains 1. Introduction, 2. Research Methods (can include analysis, architecture, methods used to solve problems, implementation), 3. Results and Discussion, 4. Conclusion, 5. Acknowledgements (if any) and Bibliography. Subtitles use Times New Roman 10 font in bold.
The content of the introduction is the answer to the questions: a. Background, b. Brief literature review, c. Reasons for conducting this research, d. Objective questions.

Research Methodology
Describe the preparation methods and characterisation techniques used. Describe concisely, but still accurate such as size, volume, replication and working techniques. New methods should be described in detail so that other researchers can reproduce the experiment. Established methods can be explained by citing references.

Manuscript Length
Manuscripts should be written on A4 paper with a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 6 - 8 pages, including tables and figures, and with reference to the writing procedure as set out in this paper.

Tables must be numbered in order of presentation (Table 1, etc.). The title of the table is written above the table with a centre justified position. The font used is 10pt for both the table title and table contents. Tables must be referred to and referenced in the text.

Figures are numbered in the order of presentation (Fig.1, etc.). The title of the figure is placed below the figure with a centre justified position. The font used in the title of the image is 10pt. Images must be referenced and referenced in the text.

Page Specifications
Use Times New Roman typeface throughout the manuscript, with the font size as exemplified in this writing guide. The spacing is single and the content of the writing or text uses left-right alignment (justified).
The page size is A4 (210 mm x 297 mm). Margin Left: 2 cm, Top: 2.5 cm, Right: 2 cm, Bottom: 2.5 cm, one column format with single spacing.
An easy way to write a manuscript is to write directly on the Journal template.

Literature writing uses the IEEE Referencing Standard system. It is recommended to use Mendeley/endnote/zotero tools. Everything listed in the bibliography/reference must be referred to in the paper. At least 10 primary and recent references (last 5 years).
