Abstract

Sistem Informasi adalah serangkaian komponen yang bekerja bersama untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, menyimpan, memproses, dan menyebarkan informasi yang diperlukan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau entitas. Salah satu komponen utama dalam sistem informasi adalah pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software). Implementasi sistem informasi memiliki kekurangan yang masih harus diperbaiki. Untuk mengetahui kekurangan sistem tersebut diperlukan suatu analisis yang tepat dan akurat. Analisis Sistem Informasi adalah suatu proses pengumpulan dan interpretasi data tentang sistem informasi yang ada dalam suatu organisasi yang bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana sistem bekerja, mengidentifikasi masalah dan peluang, serta merekomendasikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur terhadap jurnal yang diterbitkan selama tahun 2019-2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui media/platform yang paling sering digunakan dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan metode yang tepat untuk digunakan pada topik penelitian serupa. Aplikasi berbasis mobile merupakan media yang paling banyak digunakan dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Metode yang paling populer digunakan berdasarkan penelitian ini adalah metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
