Implementation of the Apriori Algorithm for Book Recommendation Systems in Digital Libraries

With advances in information technology, libraries are experiencing significant digital transformation. In addition to the migration of physical books to digital format, the development of advanced library systems allows unrestricted access. However, with the diversity of books available, users cannot navigate the type of book to borrow next. This problem can be solved with a recommendation system approach using the Apriori algorithm. This algorithm helps in identifying patterns that appear regularly in data, such as relationships between items in a transaction database. Data is collected from lending transactions, and through a pre-processing process to produce consistent data, the system implements the Apriori algorithm with minimal variation in support values. and minimum confidence. The results of model evaluation based on the minimum support value (0.02 to 0.07) show a decrease in the number of frequent itemsets and rules along with an increase in the minimum support value. Meanwhile, testing is based on the minimum confidence value. An increase in the minimum confidence value from 0.1 to 0.5 causes a decrease in the number of rules and frequent itemsets, indicating increasingly strict association rules. However, when the confidence value decreases from 0.3 to 0.4, the number of itemsets and rules remains constant.

Preliminary Study of Augmented Reality Application Development for Printed Javanese Script Transliteration

The Javanese script as an Indonesian cultural asset must be preserved and disseminated to the current generation so that it is not increasingly lost from memory. Augmented reality (AR) technology has the opportunity to be used in developing interesting applications, because the nature of the technology that combines the real world with the virtual world can attract young people to use it in their daily lives. The chosen AR development method is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, and the software tools used are Unity and Vuforia. As a first step, a collection of marker images has been carried out from the segmentation results of the Hamong Tani manuscript on page 2. From the test results on Javanese script objects, it was found that the AR application functions properly and correctly on Javanese script images with the smallest size of 2x2 cm, and the largest at 11x11 cm. For the smallest font size, the distance from the camera to the Javanese script is a minimum of 5 cm and a maximum of 9 cm, while for the largest font size, the distance is a minimum of 18 cm and a maximum of 46 cm.

Estimating the Hazard Rate of the Mount Sinabung Eruption using the Single Decrement Likelihood Approach Method

Abstract

The eruption on Mount Sinabung made North Sumatera the province with the highest frequency of volcanic eruptions and the highest prevalence of deaths in Indonesia. As a consideration for reducing the risk of volcanic eruptions, a risk map was created through mathematical model calculations containing hazard rate values based on the number of Mount Sinabung eruptions which became variables in the regression model for estimating the hazard rate of Mount Sinabung eruptions using the single decrement likelihood approach method. The research results show that the hazard rate value for the eruption of Mount Sinabung in 2020 has the largest value, namely 0.20765. The best and most feasible model after calculating the smallest Mean Squared Error (MSE), namely 0.000616 from the results of the hazard rate which has been transformed into the box cox, is the quadratic model. Through this model, it is assumed that the estimated hazard rate values of Mount Sinabung eruptions in 2021, 2022 and 2023 will increase respectively.

Implementation of L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) in site to site interconnection is a critical effort in maintaining security and reliable connections between two geographically separated networks. It needs to be ensured to transmit data securely. Tests in various conditions are carried out to get maximum results, especially from a security perspective. Variations are made to security configurations and policies. Test results show that L2TP can improve connection security between the two networks. Data sent between networks can be strongly encrypted, reducing the risk of unauthorized access or hacking. The configuration of this protocol is quite complex. In addition, this research also identified important factors that influence the effectiveness of L2TP implementation, such as existing network infrastructure, implemented security policies, and staff understanding of the technology. The results of this research provide recommendations for how organizations can implement L2TP to improve security. This research highlights the importance of considering network security in the context of site to site interconnections and the key role played by L2TP in protecting network connections. This research can provide practical guidance for organizations in strengthening the security of their connections in increasingly complex site-to-site interconnection scenarios

Design and Construction of a Coconut Fruit Counter on a Coconut Fiber Peeling Machine in Indragiri Hilir

Peeling coconut fiber generally still uses traditional equipment and some also use machines. After peeling coconuts, farmers always re-count the coconuts that have been peeled, where farmers often miscalculate the results of coconuts that have been peeled. From this problem, a tool is needed to count coconuts that have been peeled. This tool aims to help peel and count the number of coconuts that have been peeled. This tool will use an infrared sensor as a detector to count coconuts that have been peeled by a coconut fiber peeling machine. In the tool system, an Arduino Uno ATMega328 microcontroller is used to control the counter system and the research results will be displayed on a 16x2 LCD in the form of the number and maximum limit of coconuts that can be detected. The tool is designed to use a 7.4 V battery as the energy source for the tool and a buzzer as an indicator that the coconut passing through the sensor is detected. Farmers can set the limit of coconuts that will be counted by pressing the number on the keypad as desired. In the designed tool, the maximum number of coconuts that can be counted is 3000 coconut.

Air is essential for the life of living things, immaculate air. Air needs to be measured at all times to determine the quality it contains. In the Yogyakarta area, air quality is measured by the Yogyakarta City Environmental Agency and documented in an index called the Air Pollutant Standard Index or ISPU. ISPU can be used to assist the government in taking steps and policies toward air quality control as well as predicting air quality in the future. Prediction or forecasting can be done using the Prophet model with data collection and problem-solving using the model. The forecasting results with the Prophet model found very accurate results with an MAE value of 0.4354644200045299, MAPE of 0.81%, MSE of 0.32, and RMSE of 0.56.

Village funds are funds given by the central government to village governments, including Malasaum Village, Aimas District, Sorong Regency to improve village development. However, the management of village funds is often not done properly and transparently. The management and reporting of village funds in Malasaum Village is currently still done manually. In addition, there is no village fund management information system so it is important to design this information system to facilitate reporting, evaluation and control of village fund management and transparency to the community. The design of the Information System carried out in this study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method is an object-oriented approach to software development that aims to shorten the time usually required in the traditional system development life cycle between design and implementation of information systems. As for the design of the system model, it uses unified modeling language (UML) diagrams which include use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. The result of this research is a web-based information system that provides a transparency system for the management of village funds to the community and village officials, among others, this system helps effective reporting management, namely producing reports quickly, accurately and easily understood and efficiency in automating the process of data processing or recording daily transactions and can generate reports quickly and automatically, without requiring a long time.

In the advancing digital era, digital data security has become a primary concern alongside the increasing cyberattacks and data breaches in line with the growth of information technology. The estimated global losses due to cybercrime, reaching trillions of dollars in 2023, exacerbate this phenomenon. One of the technologies that has been legally recognized in Indonesia since 2008 to safeguard digital data security is digital signatures. In the implementation of digital signatures, several cryptographic algorithms are used, such as ECDSA, EdDSA, and RSA. Although previous research has compared the performance of these three algorithms, attention to their practical applications, especially in the context of multi-signature, remains somewhat limited. Therefore, this research employs an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Within the scope of this study, signatures were applied to documents of varying sizes using the ECDSA, EdDSA, and RSA algorithms. Encryption and decryption time data were analyzed to determine the algorithm with the best performance. The research results show that ECDSA excels in terms of time performance, with an average time of approximately 0.001052 seconds. Keyword Extraction is the process of identifying and extracting key words or important phrases from a text or document, aiming to quickly identify keyword information from a large amount of data. This research investigates three online news sites in Indonesia, namely Kompas.com, Detik.com, and Tempo.co. The keyword extraction process is strengthened by the TF-IDF (Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency) method, assigning a high weight to words that frequently appear in one document but rarely in others. The TF-IDF calculation results in different weights for each word. Many words were successfully extracted from the three sites, displaying 30 keywords from the dataset. The accuracy of the weight calculation was then tested using F1-Score, resulting in an F1-Score of 99.67%, with an accuracy rate of 99.76%.

Tujuan penelitian adalah membuat sebuah sistem inventaris berbasis website yang mampu mengelola aset Bumdes Sido Makmur Sri Rejosari yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Website yang akan dibangun akan menggunakan hosting server online yang disewa dalam skala waktu tahunan.

Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan penulis adalah metode Waterfall. Model Waterfall merupakan suatu model pengembangan secara sekuensial. Model Waterfall bersifat sistematis dan berurutan dalam membangun sebuah perangkat lunak. Proses pembuatannya mengikuti alur dari mulai analisis, desain, kode, pengujian dan pemeliharaan.

Hasil Penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis website sebagai sistem pengelola asset Bumdes Sido Makmur Desa Sri Rejosari. Selain luaran sebuah website yang dapat digunakan untuk pengelolaan inventaris aset. Sebagai Bumdes tentunya sistem ini sangat dibutuhkan. Selain itu sistem ini masih dapat dikembangkan kembali jika dibutuhkan penambahan fitur dan dapat digunakan kembali dalam penelitian selanjutnya.

WhatsApp is an application that is very well known in Indonesia and the world. The WhatsApp application is also known to be one of the applications with the most users to date. This application can make it easier for us to communicate remotely to help with work matters. With the many conveniences provided by WhatsApp in terms of communication, there are many modes of crime that use WhatsApp as a tool to commit digital crimes, one of which is WhatsApp Scam. One of the actions that can be taken to find out the perpetrators and how the perpetrators commit fraud is by digital forensics investigation. Digital forensics is a part of forensic science with the scope of material (data) investigations and discoveries on digital devices such as smartphones, computers, tablets, storage, and other networked devices. It includes the application of informatics for the presentation of evidence data from computer crimes that can assist the court in cybercrime evidence with a focus on maintaining integrity and maintaining a tight chain of custody. The D4I framework is expected to improve the implementation of digital forensics investigations at the stage of examining data and analyzing existing data. The investigation was carried out by combining the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) method and artifacts from the cyber kill chain (CKC) to assist in the digital forensics process.

In the era of information technology advancement, organization financial management, including churches, requires an efficient and transparent financial information system (FIS). GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church still uses a manual financial management system that has various problems, such as administrative problems, lack of financial transparency, and slow financial reporting process.This study aims to build a website-based FIS at GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church that can overcome these problems. The FIS that was built has features for financial data management, financial reporting, cash flow tracking, financial data analysis, and the creation of special financial reports.This study used the waterfall method with observation, interview, and literature study as data collection techniques. The analysis model used was object-oriented analysis using UML and coding using the C# programming language and database management using MySQL. Blackbox testing was used to test the functionality of the system.The results of the study showed that the website-based FIS that was built can overcome the financial management problems at GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church. This FIS can help church financial managers to manage financial data more efficiently and effectively, generate complete and informative financial reports, track cash flow in real time, analyze financial data to gain useful insights, and create special financial reports according to the type of cash.

In the current era of globalization, information technology is developing very rapidly. The need for data and information is needed, especially in the business sector and government agencies. The Pluit Village Office is a government agency that works to serve the community. However, the management of guest data at the Pluit Kelurahan office still uses the manual method and has not even been recorded properly, this causes difficulties in recording and managing guest data and preparing reports. This study aims to design a desktop-based guest service administration information system to assist in the process of managing guest data in Pluit Village. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews and literature study in order to make a systematic and accurate picture of the guest service process at Pluit Village. The method used in this study is the Waterfall method. The application is built using the Visual Basic.Net 2022 programming language and uses the MySQL Database. This research resulted in a computerized guest service administration information system to facilitate storage, data processing and report generation.

Abstract

PT Ganding Toolsindo is one of the manufacturing companies that focused on the automotive sector with core business are manufacture of automotive component and engineering. In marketing their products, Marketing Division made quotation letter addressed to the customer. The problems that happened is quotation letter still done manually and there is hoarding of the old data so it resulting duplication. In the quoted letter stated the production cost to determine cost of goods manufactured and selling price, one of them is material costs. Material costs in PT Ganding Toolsindo are not controlled every time there is a price increase, even though it will have an effect on the high of production cost. The determination of the production cost at PT Ganding Toolsindo is still through manual calculations and there is no detailed cost classification. In order to overcome these problems, a cost control information system is needed in determining the cost of goods manufactured using the Job Order Costing method and using a database to make data and cost management easier. With this cost control information system, it can help the Marketing Division to identify the production costs of each order and prevent the increase in production costs incurred.

This study aims to analyze the methods typically used in project management information system research over the past five years. This is expected to facilitate project progress monitoring, asset management, and strategic decision-making, all of which play an important role in overall project progress. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used in this research to systematically identify, review, evaluate, and interpret the collected research. From the results of researching 10 journals on the topic of project management information systems in the span of 2018 to 2023, it can be seen that the most commonly used methods are the waterfall method and the most dominant field in using project management information systems is the contractor sector.

UMKM Tyas Aulia is an UMKM engaged in clothing rental services. The problem with the current Tyas Aulia UMKM is that customers have to come and there is no grouping of clothes based on clothing categories so that searching for clothes takes a long time. Therefore, in this study, a website-based clothing rental application was made at Tyas Aulia UMKM using the Dewey Decimal Classification method as a numbering system to classify clothes based on clothing categories. Based on the results of testing with the Blackbox Testing method, it is found that all functions have run well. While the results of User Acceptance Testing obtained a percentage of 90% that this application can help the admin in managing clothes. In addition, a percentage of 94% was obtained that the application that has been built can help customers to rent clothes online.

Forecasting Performance Base on Exponential Smoothing with SES and ETS Model for Gold Price Forecasting

Abstract

Gold has two functions, jewelry, and investment. Investments made by the community are expected to be lucky, therefore it is necessary to predict when gold is bought and sold. This research is a follow-up study on using a forecasting model that is easy, simple, and has high accuracy. This study compares the single exponential smoothing (SES) model in previous studies and the exponential smoothing-state space or better known as ETS (error, trend, and seasonal). This study uses the same data as previous studies. The comparison criteria used for the accuracy of the SES and ETS models are AIC and BIC, while the comparison of forecasting accuracy uses MAPE and RMSE. The results of this study conclude that the ETS model (M, N, N) is more accurate than the SES model and can be used for short-term forecasting and then the model should be updated so that the model gets the latest information about the data so that in predicting the daily gold price for the coming period. can be accurate. The ETS model used has an exponential coefficient (α) of 0.9999 with AIC and BIC values of 2902,143 and 2912,882 with MAPE and RMSE forecasting accuracy values of 0.6513446 and 15.01525, respectively. Forecasts for the next three periods with the ETS(M, N, N) model fluctuate around the price of 1600 ($ 1600 USA per troy ounce).

IT Governance plays a crucial role in ensuring service quality in large organizations like Bank Indonesia, aligning IT strategies with overall business objectives. Using the COBIT 2019 framework, this research assesses the current and target capability levels to identify gaps and provide recommendations. Focused on Bengkulu Province as a Class C level, the study reveals an initial capability level of Level 1 (Initial) with a gap to reach Level 3 (Defined). To bridge this gap, Bank Indonesia Bengkulu Province should establish a dedicated IT risk management team, implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and align quality standards with customer needs. This paper offers empirical evidence of COBIT 2019's effectiveness in enhancing IT service quality and proposes a customized approach to integrate COBIT 2019 principles with Bank Indonesia's strategic objectives. By implementing these recommendations, Bank Indonesia can enhance its IT service quality, mitigate risks, and align with regulatory requirements.

Waste management poses a significant challenge in many regions, including Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the performance of Resik Kutho Waste Bank in Surakarta City, focusing on effective and sustainable waste management strategies. A qualitative research method was employed, combining SWOT analysis and primary data from observations, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to waste bank managers and customers. The results show that Resik Kutho Waste Bank has internal strengths that can be leveraged for the development of more efficient waste management strategies, particularly in seizing existing opportunities. However, certain aspects such as financing and operational techniques need improvement. This study provides valuable insights for waste management at the community level, emphasizing the importance of integrating the waste bank's internal strengths with existing opportunities to achieve more sustainable waste management.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada optimalisasi proses seleksi penerimaan karyawan baru di Warung Makan Soto Seger Hj.Fatimah. Metode Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) digunakan dalam pendekatan ini untuk mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria sekaligus, seperti lama kerja, pendidikan, keahlian, alamat, usia, jenis kelamin, dan aspek kepribadian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Informasi yang diambil dari pengalaman karyawan sukses menjadi dasar untuk menetapkan kriteria evaluasi. Tahap awal melibatkan analisis faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kinerja yang unggul. MOORA digunakan untuk menilai dan mengurutkan calon karyawan baru berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan MOORA dalam seleksi karyawan baru dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses penerimaan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria sekaligus. Pendekatan ini membantu manajemen Warung Makan Soto Seger Hj.Fatimah dalam melakukan seleksi karyawan baru dengan lebih efisien, meningkatkan kesesuaian antara calon karyawan dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode seleksi karyawan yang lebih holistik di industri warung makan. Selain itu, dapat menjadi landasan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam menerapkan MOORA dalam konteks seleksi sumber daya manusia.

In order to address problems, notably in learning systems, the author developed GuruPro, an Android-based Learning Management System (LMS) information system. The Unified modeling language (UML) is the system development tool, and the author of this paper uses the Waterfall system development technique. With the help of the GuruPro LMS, teachers and students may learn more easily without having to worry about correctness or deadlines. The government is making various efforts to break the chain of spread of COVID-19 by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in every region in Indonesia so that any activities carried out must be online (DARING). In an era of highly developed technology like this, there are lots of online learning media that can be used to assist the teaching and learning process. What's more, some high school students already understand technology, so it's not so difficult to implement learning using online media, and not a few students. Senior High School students who have not been able to do online learning, both due to limited knowledge about technology and limited infrastructure facilities. In this study using quantitative methods in data collection while in data processing using SEM (Structural Equation Model). This study has 16 outliers and has obtained data that are categorized as outliers that have a value of more than a Z-score ≥ 3.0. The results of the questionnaire that has been filled in by existing respondents, the questionnaire statements are all valid with a value of r>.25. It is hoped that the results of this research will become a benchmark in the development of the DARING learning system to make it even better so as to facilitate the learning and teaching process carried out through the online (DARING) network.

The high density of population in Jakarta increases mobility and community activity, causing various problems such as housing, garbage, traffic congestion and the lack of public facilities that make urban areas more and more dense. Various efforts have been made by the DKI Jakarta City Government to reduce congestion and air pollution, one of which will implement the Electronic Road Pricing system. (ERP). This leads to the pros and cons of the general public, especially on social media. Therefore, appropriate techniques are required to evaluate such opinions, so that the opinions are automatically classified into positive and negative categories. To do this, an analysis of the opinion about the ERP treatment in the Jakarta Capital Street using the Support Vector Machine algorithm was carried out. (SVM). The aim of this study is to be able to help governments in the decision-making process in ERP-related policy-making by knowing the level of public opinion, which can be seen from the sample of Twitter comment data as well as know the degree of accuracy, recall, and precision and display the emotional classification of tweets obtained. This phase begins with crawling 1000 Indonesian-language tweet data, pre-processing, labelling, implementation, validation and evaluation. Based on this study, it was concluded that the SVM algorithm had good accuracy results with a value of 87.63%, recall 98.32% and precision of 81.10%.

Malaria merupakan penyakit parasit yang disebabkan oleh protozoa darah dari genus Plasmodium yang berasal dari spesies P. falciparum, P. vivax, P. ovale, P. malariae, dan P. knowlesi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang cara mengidentifikasi pola parasit malaria dengan algoritma deteksi tepi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan citra digital dimulai dari tahapan akuisisi citra digital, Konversi Citra RGB ke Grayscale, Dari hasil uji dengan menggunakan 5 data citra uji parasit malaria didapatkan bahwa citra 1 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.42125, rata-rata Homonegity sebesar 0.9899 PSNR sebesar 6,14 db, dan MSE sebesar 0.3448. Citra 2 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.3455, rata-rata Homonegity sebesar 0.8877, PSNR sebesar 54,11 db, dan MSE sebesar 0,4566. Citra 3 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.9888, nilai akurasi rata-rata Homonegity sebesar 0.7888, PSNR 7.8800, dan MSE 0.4555. Citra 4 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.8777, dan nilai rata-rata akurasi Homonegity sebesar 0.7888, PSNR 6.133db, dan MSE 0.24358. Citra 5 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata sebesar energy 0.94102, Homonegity rata-rata sebesar 0.67777, PSNR sebesar 8.133db, dan MSE sebesar 0.4358. Citra 6 memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar rata-rata energy 0.34758, nilai akurasi rata-rata homogenity sebesar 0.99129, PNSR sebesar 9.133db dan MSE sebesar 0.64358. Didapatkan aturan jika nilai rata-rata energy >=0.90 maka pola parasit malaria sangat jelas yaitu Citra 1 dan citra 5 dengan pola parasit malaria sangat jelas.

Subang University is a university located in the district of Subang, West Java. With so many different faculties and locations, the asset management process at the University of Subang can no longer be carried out conventionally, especially with the increasing time, the time being added as well as the existing ones. Conventional asset management causes many problems to arise, asset optimization cannot be carried out optimally, and it is difficult to obtain evaluation materials for existing officers because there is no integrated data. This study designed an asset management information system using web technology so that it is expected to assist in the asset management process in minimizing existing problems in an integrated manner. In addition, this research will apply the Scrumban method in designing an asset management information system. To describe the design, the writer will use the unified modeling language, database design, and interface design. The result of this research is an asset management information system model which includes several aspects including system user aspects, software aspects, hardware aspects, and internet network aspects which will be implemented in the future.

Optimasi Pemilihan Tempat Wisata Karawang Menggunakan FuzzyTOPSIS

This research explores the optimization of tourist destination selection in Karawang using the FuzzyTOPSIS method, which combines fuzzy logic and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). With data from 42 tourist destinations, five main criteria (Ticket Cost, Facilities, Security, Cleanliness, and Access Road) were analyzed. The implementation of FuzzyTOPSIS involves label encoding, normalization, membership function application, data fuzzification, determination of weight matrices, positive and negative ideal solution calculation, alternative distance calculation, and ranking. System evaluation was conducted through black-box testing by five system experts, resulting in an average Mean Opinion Score (MOS) of 76.8%. The findings indicate that the system provides satisfactory tourist destination recommendations. Suggestions for further development include direct user involvement in the evaluation and collection of qualitative feedback to gain a deeper understanding of the user experience. This research contributes to the development of a more optimal tourist destination selection system

Dewasa ini, ilmu Digital forensik sudah mulai diterapkan di dunia forensik dalam kasus penanganan kejahatan digital yang bertujuan memulihkan dan menginvestigasi konten pada perangkat digital yang dijadikan barang bukti dan biasanya penggunaan ilmu ini diterapkan pada kasus-kasus yang berkaitan dengan kejahatan siber. Digital forensik ini diperlukan ketika suatu barang bukti digital dari penyelidikan kasus kejahatan siber biasanya dikunci, dihapus atau disembunyikan, sehingga melalui investigasi forensik diharapkan dapat mengembalikan bukti-bukti tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas metode NIST dalam investigasi Digital Forensik ketika kejahatan siber tersebut dilakukan pada halaman Surface Web maupun Deep web. Dari hasil investigasi penelitian didapatkan bukti-bukti tingkat kejahatan siber yang terjadi diantaranya yang sering dan umum terjadi di layanan Surface web adalah kebocoran data, pornografi dan hal-hal seputar peretasan dengan persentase kejahatan hacking sebesar 49%, kebocoran data sebesar 36% dan pornografi 15%. Sedangkan pada Deep Web terdapat berbagai macam kejahatan dan transaksi ilegal dibandingkan dengan Surface web dengan persentase kegiatan hacking 31%, kegiatan transaksi narkoba 29%, kebocoran data 26%, pornografi 7%, dan transaksi jual beli senjata juga 7%.

In this research, authors focus about online fraud that uses instant messaging and under the guise as an online investment. From these problems, there is digital forensic science that can be used as a solution to prove crime in cyberspace. In addition, digital forensic science aims to obtain valid digital evidence. By using the branch of digital forensic science, namely mobile forensics, this branch focuses on handling forensics related to mobile devices such as smartphones. To support problem solving, a Digital Forensic Model Based on Malaysian Investigation Process Framework is used which can help solve the problem of the case scenario being worked on.

Diaraks is an MSME that engaged in food and beverage sector. To manage their operations, Diaraks café still uses manual record. Transactions that need to be recorded include sales transactions and purchasing transactions. Inside sales transaction, data that recorded by staff includes the number of items bought, price, and grand total of the price. Inside purchasing transaction, recorded data including supplier name, bought goods, and the price. Many times, this manual recording system bringing problems because the recording itself still using paper which in itself can be torn easily or lost and human-error often occurs in the system. Not to mention the inefficient process on stock counting everytime the store closes. From this problem the researcher solution’s is to help Diaraks MSME from design to develop POS application for digitalize Diaraks MSME. The application is iOS Based because Diaraks staffs are using iOS as their main devices. To store the data, cloud database will be used which will later be processed using REST API. The testing conducted using UMUX method. The result of the testing can be concluded that the score obtained is quite good. Implemented feature are good enough to help owner on running their business.

Every new academic year Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nahdlatul Ulama Sumokali Candi Sidoarjo collects data on prospective PIP scholarship recipients, this is done by looking at the files that have been collected by students from the school. In selecting prospective PIP scholarship recipients at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nahdlatul Ulama Sumokali Candi Sidoarjo who will be submitted, they still experience difficulties in making or determining decisions due to the large number of students who register and because the selection process still uses a manual system, it takes a very long time and is less effective for the parties. administration, with these problems in mind, the author conducted research on how to apply data mining using the Decision Tree method and how to determine the accuracy of the results using the C4.5 algorithm to determine whether students who are potential PIP scholarship recipients are eligible or not. The amount of PIP scholarship classification data collected was 240 data from last year's data, so we implemented this data into the website system to form an application that can predict the eligibility of PIP scholarship recipients. Based on testing the level of accuracy with system calculations, the accuracy results were 83.33%.
